Button/Bank issues

Watch this youtube clip of my issue.
Software version doesn't seem to effect this problem. Randomly my board will default to Page one presets, and pressing the bank up button will not fix it. You will see "page 2" appear in the window briefly but it wont go there. I'll reach down and unplug the board to reset it and its fine...

Please go into setup, the press System Functions and then System Info? Let me know what the value is to the right of "Switches"

That path provides me the system info screen, and ALL button displays are in a blank off state.

I suspect that one or more of the switches is getting stuck. Send me your address and I'll send you a new set of switches - it's not too hard to replace them.
