Editor 5.0 will not find Mastermind GT 22 with firmware 5.0

Editor 5.0 will not find Mastermind GT 22 with firmware 5.0. The windows 10 computer sees it as an audio device but the editor software will not find it. Any ideas?
 
I don't have any issues with Windows 10 here. Please go into the Preferences screen (Edit menu), uncheck the MMGT Only checkboxes, then look at what's in the MIDI Input Port and MIDI Output Port dropdowns. There should be something like "Mastermind GT" in each dropdown. Try selecting that and trying the connection again.
 
I can see "Mastermind GT" the MIDI Input Port and MIDI Output Port dropdowns and have selected them. I still get "unable to connect to device" or "No Mastermind GT found" if I try to read or write..
 
Are you sure the GT successfully updated to 5.0? It will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the logo screen on power up.
