external switch issue

Hi Guys , anyone has an issue with external switch - one is working and second not , i try reset PBC , change settings , two different foot switches , one custom made - second from American Loopers

is this can be a internal issue , or maybe jack socket problem , Thanks
 
Are you using a TRS cable to connect the switch? Only one switch will work if you are using a mono cable. And, do both switches you have show the same problem?
 
YES TRS , everything was working perfectly since two weeks back , than one of them start not responding in every touch , then second one did same , now both are bad , what is a correct editor settings for Tuner and Pages scroll , i will try older firmware tonight just to make shure
 
if you keep pressing any of them ( Ext Sw1 or Sw2 ) , after +/-30 times , footswitch react for a short time , and than again no respond
 
That's very odd, at this point, I have to wonder at this point if it's a hardware issue. Where are you located?
 
fixed .... one cable was bad , so i use second one with a same results , did not try third cable ,

both cables was bad . hosa cables , now i get a good ones , Thanks
