Global buttons on the local page?

So I have tried to search for my answer on the forum and could not find it. I am curious if global buttons can be stored on the local page for each preset. I prefer to load the local page on each preset in order to assure the utmost in flexibility. I would like to retain my tuner button along with my tempo and IA mode button and of course the page/store button. Every time I save one of these global buttons they disappear. No doubt, I am still new and cannot wait to hear the solution! Here is my newbie file and thanks ahead of time for any input.

There may be a bug preventing you from creating a global button on a local page. If you set up a global button on button page 1 (in the Buttons tab), it will appear on every local button page.
