Hologram Microcosm not responding to GT16 Program Change messages

My Hologram Microcosm not responding to GT16 Program Change messages. I have tested to make sure that MIDI program change messages were getting into the Microcosm. I have the midi thru/out sending Program change messages to a a Hologram Dream Sequence and an Eventide H90. Both units change as expected. I even did a complete factory reset which sets the device to channel #1. Then set my GT16 to send PC messages on channel #1 just in case my Midi channel change wasn’t being done correctly on the Microcosm.

If the other pedals are receiving MIDI messages, the GT's MIDI output is working. Make sure that Send PCs is turned on in the Devices tab, for the Hologram device. Then, set one of your other pedals to channel 1 and see if it responds. If they do respond, then there must be something wrong in the Microcosm's settings or the Microcosm's hardware.
