How to set CC value?

I try to make Kemper looper work with my MasterMind midi foot controller (discontinued legacy model), but haven't have success yet. I cant find a way to put in CC values. This is example from Kemper's forum:

1 .send
Play/Record CC 99 value 125, CC 98 value 88, CC 6 value 0, CC 38 value 1

I can put in the CC number, but how can i put in the CC value?

Unfortunately, the original Mastermind IA buttons only work with the standard 0 and 127 values.
