Hello everyone. I have a small question. Are the humfrees tabs necessary on rack drawers or shelves that aren't actually powered? (Although the shelves have a bunch of powered pedals velcroed to them, as well as a power brick.). Be a real pain for me to do that with the rear rack rails. Thanks.

If the shelf or drawer is not grounded in any way (except possibly through the rack rails), then you won't need Humfrees. Shelves and drawers definitely wouldn't be grounded unless you have a metal pedal or rack unit touching the shelf. If you use Velcro or Dual-lock to mount your pedals and Humfrees on any rack device that is powered, then you should be ok.
