Loaded the editor last night and my settings were gone,..

It was connected to the PBC, fortunately I had a back up of my settings to load. Why would it not show my loaded settings?

Also how do I back up my setting into the USB? Looking for the Editor manual now!

Did you actually use one of the commands from the 'Transfer' menu at the top? You have to tell it to 'read settings from device' if you want it to load up what's currently on your device (it doesn't do it automatically). Or like you said you can load your saved settings.

As far as saving to USB, you just choose 'save as' in the editor and pick whatever location you want (computer, USB, etc).

If you're referring to saving to USB from the PBC itself, enter setup (hold 1 & 3), select System Functions, then Save Settings. Insert the USB drive when prompted.
