Local Page 16 as first page after choosing a preset?

Hi, ist it possible to set the local page as the first page, that is shown after choosing a preset?

Yes, in the preset, set Show Page to 16 (aka Local Page). Also, make sure Auto Page Select is turned on in global settings.
