Hey Guys,

Im new to all this I am looking to set up a WET/DRY/WET set up with my Mark 2c JP

I am hoping I can utilise the Mastermind PBC for this purpose this is how I am thinking I am going to set it up.

I plan on using the Mesa Boogie Mark 2C as the dry channel and hooking the Mastermind into a Mesa Boogie 2:90 power amp for the 2 x wet channels. Will the 2:90 utilize the pre-amp in the Mark 2C ?? thats probably my first question before I go to this extent.

I only want to use 5 Pedals
STRYMON - OBI Compressor - infront of the amp
STRYMON - Time Live - Delay - in the FX loop
STRYMON - EL CAPISTO - Echo - in the FX loop
STRYMON - Blue Sky - Reverb - in the FX loop
STRYMON - OLA - Stereo Chorus - in the FX loop

Also Would It pay to use a RJM tonesaver before setting up this chain?

I dont want a million presets maybe only about 10

something like

Channel 1 on the Mark 2C JP
Clean - Compression & Reverb
Clean - Compression, Chorus & Reverb
Clean - Compression, Chorus, Delay & Reverb
Clean - Compression, Chorus, Echo & Reverb

Channel 2 on the Mark 2C JP (Rhythm Channel)
Dirty - No FX
Dirty - Reverb

Channel 3 on the Mark 2C JP (Lead Channel)
Dirty - Reverb
Dirty - Delay & Reverb
Dirty - Echo & Reverb

Maybe a few more.. But thats it in a nutshell I guess I would hope that even when no fx are in place all 3 cabinets will have sound.

Is it easy to set up with the Boogie 2C having a midi in & out control on the back of the amp?

im sorry about so many questions but this is my first time having such a detailed rig. I normally plug straight into the amps I have and play very dry.

I have attached the Wiring Diagram

Please dont hesitate to offer me any feedback whether its good or bad! I would really like too make this work.

Thanks in Advance guys
