This post is to confirm that the BOSS GT-100 will latch the solo and mute functions using a BOSS FS-6 footswitch.
I did extensive research and troubleshooting logging the midi traffic between the GT-10 Mini Amp Gizmo sending both to Boss technical support and RJM. No matter what config I used the solo and mute functions would only function as momentary through the unit.
I recently picked up a GT-100 which does in fact resolve the issue. I can assign the CTRL-1 and CTRL-2 pedals on the FS-6 attached to the GT-100 and they latch the mute and solo features just like the footswitch that came with the amp. This is going to be HUGE for me as it will significantly reduce the amount of tap dancing I have to do between clean / dirty channels.
