Hi there
We have a weird problem.
We have over 70 presets and 40 songs in one mastermind file and none of them are sending a message to an effect gizmo to turn on loop 8 (they are correctly sending messages to turn on other loops) and we cannot get it to go off even if we send a brute force message to turn it off (0) in preset actions.
We have another file that is similar but not the same nor a version of the same file and it does not do this.
We also do not use loop 8, but it breaks our audio chain so every patch becomes silent.
Is there some global reason why this could be happening?
This is an urgent issue we have been facing for days and we’re running out of time before tour with a major artist.
