PBC 6X Tuner accuracy problem?

Hello friends !

I'm using my PBC 6X for a few month now and I'm loving it, but I'm having problems using the built in tuner.
Even when hitting "zero" on each string, it sounds a bit "off" to my ears, and also compared to my Shure GLXD16 (on the B string especially).
Anyone experienced that ? Is it a problem with my particular unit ?

PS : I'd love to have a strobe tuner option when I'm connected with a cable to the pedalboard. I got used to it on my GLXD (old model, wireless only) and the tuning is quick and precise.

Cheers

Victor

I haven't run into accuracy issues in the past. If you'd like to send it in, we can test it.

Hi Ron, thank you for your answer.
It might be my ears tricking me... I will test it again.
I should maybe use the offset tuning option in the first place.
Can't afford to send it to you, I live in France.

An interesting thing to try would be to get a tone generator app for your computer or phone, and run a 440Hz signal into the PBC and see if it reports a perfectly in tune A.

I just did that, run the notes precise frequencies through the tuners (PBC, Hx Stomp and Shure GLDX) with a reamp box and they're all in sync.
PBC tuner seems to be working perfectly fine.
