Hi Ron , is it possible to controll Mesa amps like MarkV using PBC and Mini Amp Gizmo? Thanks

Yes, definitely. You can connect the Mini Amp Gizmo to the PBC's MIDI Out and use them together to control the amp. You can also connect the PBC's Function Switch jacks to the amp's 1/4-inch external switch inputs, but that limits you to controlling channels, eq and solo.
