Is it possible to run the PBC in a wet/dry/wet configuration

Yes, you can get the dry signal from the output of loop 6, then use loops 7 through 10 for your stereo wet effects. The dry signal will still be fed to the input of loop 7 (unless you override the normal connection by plugging something into the input of loop 7).
