PBC10 Loop 4 drops volume when compressor is engaged

So I have a compressor in loop 1 and an overdrive pedal in loops 3-6. With the compressor off or loop 1 off all pedals function normally. With the compressor on and loop 1 on all pedals but loop 4 function normally. When my compressor is on loop 4 drops volume significantly. I have switched out the OD pedals in loop 4 problem remains. I have switched 3 compressor pedals all different brands and the problem remains. I assume it’s a setting but I have fiddled for hours and nothing changes. I am about to throw this switcher in a fire! Please help

Old compressor designs have output impedance problems, and most compressor pedals are based off of the same 1 or 2 designs.

Since you've tried swapping pedals in loop 4, that rules out an issue with a specific pedal. But, did you try replacing the cables in loop 4? A marginal cable in Send 4 could sound fine with other pedals, but would reveal itself as a problem when it's placed after a compressor.
