recommended midi cabling order

I am finally putting together a mega-rack for my all-to-crazy studio. I have an AXE FX3, which will be controlled by a MMGT. Additionally, I have a rack gizmo, effects gizmo, and 2 Mini Effects gizmos.

My question is: What is the recommended midi cabling order from the MMGT? My initial thoughts are MMGT>Axe>EG>RG>MEG1>MEG2? Does it even matter? I feel like once upon a time I had some midi issues when using the RG and EG, but, it may have been a different midi foot controller.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

The only thing that matters is that the Axe-Fx should be first. Everything after that could be in any order.

Quick follow-up question, how do I reset one of the old effect gizmos? I saw in the manual to reset a rack gizmo, but did not see it in the old eg manual.

If I recall correctly, it's basically the same: hold 1 & 4 as you power it up.
