SOLVED - Tempo woes

I've tried just about every combination but I can't seem to send song tempo's.
Then there's the tap setting.
The tap tempo button (with tuner as a hold function) only flashes when Midi Clock is set to Off.
In all other settings it doesn't flash.
 
Song tempos are only sent when the current preset's tempo is set to "Song", or if the global setting "Ignore Preset Tempos" is turned on. Otherwise, the preset tempo will override the song tempo.

The tap button should still flash when MIDI Clock is set to Master. Make sure the button has "Update on Preset Change" turned on - it unfortunately has a different meaning on tempo buttons.

That did the trick.
BTW, After changing the settings for the tap tempo button in a preset I transferred the settings before going to the next preset.
After a couple of presets, I got the "Error 2" again a few times.
