Strymon Tap Favorite and Disaster Area DMC-3XL Functionality

Hey Guys,

I'm setting up a board with a new MMPBC and Mini Effects Gizmo--and have both a Strymon Tap Favorite and Disaster Area DMC-3XL. Is there a way to use either of these to help control the MM?

I'd like to use the Tap Favorite as a tap tempo button, and would like to use the DMC as a way to add extra buttons and control.

Thanks for any ideas!
 
You can't use the Tap Favorite, at least not without modification. The switch has to be replaced with a momentary switch and it needs to be rewired internally.

The DMC-3XL could be programmed to send MIDI CC messages to the PBC to control specific loops, or it could be used to select presets on the PBC, freeing up the PBC's buttons to control loops full-time.
