Tap Tempo on Kemper

The tap on my GT has been acting weird. It is acting like a regular footswitch. On and off. I changed it to momentary and it fixed that problem. Then, it wouldn't send tempos. I would tap in a fast tempo on a performance, and the tempo on the Kemper wouldn't change. Then, I went to the "All Songs" setlist, picked a different song, and the TAP button turned back to acting like a regular footswitch-only on and off. I thought about turning on the "Global" button in the buttons page for the TAP button to make it the same settings for each song. I think it worked, but it's still not sending tempos. What you can see from the first picture is that the "Momentary" is checked in the IA box, and the "Global" is checked up top. I guess my questions are
1) How do I make it to where the RJM recieves/sees the tempo I have set on the Kemper for each song
2) How do I make it available to tap and send tempos
3) How can I make the BPM visible inside the Tap Tempo box?

Turn on Flash w/ Tempo on the button, turn off all other checkboxes (you can leave Global on if you like)

There's a "Show Tempo" checkbox in the Globals tab that will enable to tempo to be displayed when the tempo changes.
