Tuner not getting strong enough signal?

Hello,

When I go into mute mode and the tuner comes on with a ? I hit a string and it doesn't register unless I hit the string real hard. Is there a sensitivity adjustment?

No, there isn't an adjustment - I've never run into a case where a normal guitar signal wasn't strong enough. It could be that there's something wrong with the amplifier circuit that feeds the tuner. Does everything else seem ok?

It's all working good far as I know. I've got loops 1-4 in front and 7-10 in the effects loop. signal seems to be sounding proper to me. I will check everything today and see.

I just checked everything even bypassed the controller and the signal to the amp is the same with and without it. When I press the mute button I get a big question mark with the ref440. when I hit the string real hard the note slightly appears for a second but doesn't stay to tune the string...

Great customer support! Should have the PBC back tomorrow...

Thanks for the fast turnaround.

John
