2 Strymons Scroll Up Presets - Same Time - W/ One Button Push

Question: I have Bigsky on midi channel 1 and Timeline on midi ch 2. With one button push how do I get them both to scroll up (or down) presets at the same time without putting them both on midi channel 1?
