Amp Gizmo and 2 Mark V Heads

Hello,
I want to buy the Amp Gizmo to control my two Mesa Boogie Mark V Heads. Will I be able to control both Mark V Heads with one Amp Gizmo? I will use the 1/4" connections.
Will there be any problems?

Yes, you can do that. You'll need four 1/4" insert cables (one stereo plug on one end, two mono on the other). You'll be limited to switching, channels, eq and solo (those are the only 1/4" jacks on the amp).

If no channel of the Amp Gizmo is selected then the Amp will be on the first channel right?

Yes, the amp defaults to channel 1 when neither channel switching jack is activated.
