connect MMGT to different Live rigs

Does anybody have experience in unsing the MMGT for different rigs without changing a lot?
I've one live rig for my cover band, where I'm using a Kemper+MiniEffectGizmo - for this, the MMGT is configured. I wanna also use my MMGT for another live rig, which is a Boogie MarkV, Vintage Revolution Pedal Pro and Lexicon MX400.
How should I manage this? Any help / advice is very much appreciated
 
Different profiles for different bands or just keep the presets completely discreet. I would just use a different jump drive for each group to avoid confusion.
