When doing firmware upgrades, the Mastermind GT is a little picky about which kind of flash drive you use. We're trying to ship flash drives that work well with the GT, but in the second half of 2013, we had a batch of drives where not all of them work well for firmware upgrades. You can tell these drives because they have the RJM logo on two sides instead of on just one.
