Hiss when running parallel

Finally at wiring up the mammoth board stage and I've run into a little snag. Everything seems to be working except when I try to run any 7-10 loop in parallel. I get really loud hiss on output A, output B is fine. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
How are your pedals wired? Does the hiss sound the same when you activate each loop?
 
And you're sure it's A output only? What happens if you swap cables in the A and B outputs?
 
Switched the cables around and still hiss is just on the A output. It's actually only hiss; there is no guitar coming through
