How to go to next song in Setlist mode?

I have my songs set up in the Setlist but Bank up/Bank down doesn't change songs. What am I doing wrong?

Either you don't have your setlist selected as the current setlist (Globals page / or top level of settings on the GT), or your songs are empty (no presets). Those are my guesses, at least. If those are set correctly, then send me your settings and I'll figure it out.
