Can you control the Strymon pedals with PC messages from your PBC?

Ok, check the jumpers inside the Multibox, make sure they're set to the defaults that are shown in the quick start sheet.

Another thing to try is to connect the Multibox to just one Strymon pedal (both the MIDI input and output) and see if you can get it to work.

All jumpers are set to defaults, I isolated each strymon pedal and nixie still didn’t detect any devices

Hmmm.... is MIDI Forwarding turned on in the PBC?

Do you have any MIDI app that would list the connected devices? Examples are MIDI-OX on Windows and MIDI Monitor on Mac. Most (or all?) DAW software can display connected MIDI devices as well. It would be good to know if the computer is seeing the PBC at all.

I can see the mastermind listed by nixie as the input and output for the midi connection
