Issue with expression and ext switch

Hi,

I've got a strange issue with both my expression pedal and external switches. They don't work in a very specific situation:

I'm on a preset and press the mute button. Then while in tuner mode I press a different preset button. The tuner / mute is disengaged, and the new preset is selected. But now the expression pedal and the external switches don't do anything. When I then press the mute button twice, all is back to normal.

Can't figure out what's going wrong.

What firmware are you running? That sounds like I bug I fixed a while back.

I'm running 3.1.4

Try turning on "Update on Preset Change" and "Send on Preset Change" on the Mute button, that may help.
