Kemper Preset Names

Just got the mastermind lt. Great device, but having a hard time downloading the preset names from the Kemper. I watched a video on how to do this with the Axe, but it won't work for kemper. I get to the point where the bar graph just sits there. I let it be for a few hours and not a single progress. Any thoughts?
 
Yes. I’m able to press the pedal buttons and the preset changes on the kemper. Just lists generic preset 1,2,3,ect. It won’t pull the names from Kemper. Just sits there on the bar graph.

I tried a second cable and the bar at least moves, but it stalls halfway. Only trying to do 20 presets to start. Something else is going on. Any suggestions?
 
How many presets do you have defined in the Kemper? If you're in browse mode, the Kemper won't respond if you access an undefined preset number.
