Hi guys, I've emailed this Q to support but I'm a guitar tech filling in on a new rig and this is a bit time sensitive so any help appreciated.
In short, on my guitarist's pedal board, every time the mini effect gizmo(s) are powered on, i have to manually activate every loop. The unit does not recall last active loops or automatically load a starting preset. We are not using a standard MIDI switcher to control the gizmo, just an offstage MIDI box that can toggle loops on or off. It apparently is not sending any kind of recall message to the gizmo to tell it which loops to turn on.
I've browsed the manual and FAQs, but there must be some kind of easy fix for this, right? I just want all loops to be ON by default when the units receive power.
