Its posible to control a Quad using the Gizmo to control with one special cable connected to the 4 pin connector FU-2 input of the quad,with the idea of control all channels using a Tc Nova System or G-Major 2 with a midi foot controller or another devise with 8 relays like the old Midi octopus is needed to do that?

Yes. we do offer a cable that connects to the footswitch connector of the Quad (both 4-pin and 6-pin variants). The 4-pin version will allow you to turn on more than one channel at once.
The cable is a special order, most dealers don't stock it, but you can always get one through our shopping cart. It typically takes a week or two for us to process a custom cable order.
