Mini Amp Gizmo switching issue?

I have an interesting situation with the mini amp gizmo. I have a Boogie mark v 35 combo and I use the 4CM with a boss gt100. I have a furman power soirce, the really affordable one. At home, all the switches and channel changes work perfect, no glitches. However, when I play out of town in certain venues, everything powers on as it should BUT, the switching on the mini amp gizmo doesn't change. It's on. It's happened 3 times at this venue. So then my backup is to direct from the gt100 as a last resort. Some places I don't even get any sound at all. But anyways, my cables are good. Could it be a power issue? At home it works 100%. Any tips would be appreciated. If not, might have to look for another amp switcher . Thanks again!

If nothing has changed except the venue, then it pretty much has to be a power issue. What power adapter are you using to power the Mini Amp Gizmo?

It's the power adapter that came with it. Says "leTaoXing" model: LTX901 100-240VAC 50/60Hz. Output 9V DC=1

That's not the one we would have originally sold with it, but from the specifications, it sounds like it would be ok.

The only thing I could suggest is to measure the voltage at the venue and see if it's any different.

And I should also ask: when the Mini Amp Gizmo is having problems, do the LEDs on the front panel change, but the amp doesn't? Or do neither the LEDs or amp change?

Last I remember, the gizmo leds were not changing. One time no sound came from my amp, but that might be another thing. Should I be pluging the gizmo into a separate power? Or should I invest in a better power supply? I feel like that would help.

A different power supply might help. It's worth a try.
