ML10X and Suhr microMIDI flashing when receiving MIDI message but not following PC instructions

I have two devices on my board, which happen to be receiving MIDI via the same output on the RJM MultiBox (PBC/6X --> MultiBox --> microMIDI --> ML10X).
Both are having issues in similar ways.

The microMIDI is being used to toggle the Red Remote on my JHS Kilt.
When testing it independently, it worked great. PC 1 = blue mode, PC 3 = red mode. Piece of cake.
But when I send it PC messages, the light on the Kilt flashes but always stays red.
I have confirmed that it's on the correct channel and is the only device on that channel.

For the ML10X, all my presets are in bank 1, which is controlled with a PC message of Bank 0.
No matter what PC message I send it, the screen flashes and it loads Bank 1, preset 87 and mutes it.
This is very strange because mute is only enabled via a CC message and I have confirmed many times over that there are no CC's being sent to any device on any channel.
Also, if I send it a PC for bank 2 (which is Bank 1, PC ____ in Mastermind), those work fine. Only bank 1 is not cooperating.

The common demonstrator is the flashing of the screen, presumably indicating that it's receiving a message, but it staying on the wrong setting. And the common denominator is that the same output on the MultiBox is sending the MIDI to them.

My other devices coming from the other MultiBox outputs are all working correctly.
And the ML10X works when sending messages to Bank 2, which is very strange.

I have confirmed that my setup is correct on the MultiBox output, as best I can tell (see attached).

Does anyone have any ideas why these two devices would be behaving in this manner?

Please send your actual settings file, with that I can try it running it here.

It's very unlikely to be the Multibox, but you could easily test it by connecting those two devices directly to the Mastermind output and see if the behavior changes.

Great, thank you! Appreciate you testing this for me!
I did run directly from the PBC/6X to the microMIDI and both devices still behaved the same.
Also directly to the ML10X and it behaved the same.
So the issue is with the ML10X or my programming (likely the latter haha)

You have IA buttons that send specific PC numbers to the ML10X (OctaFuzz, etc.) Those buttons all have Send on Preset Change turned on, so each one of those buttons will send its PC message when you change presets. That's why you always end up on the same preset - the last PC sent is the one that has precedence.

Ahhhh, that makes sense, thank you!
I figured it was my mistake, but I couldn't find it.
How should I have those IA buttons (ex: button page 4) configured to go to the desired preset, but not cause these problems?
Do I just change the PC (off) value to "None?"

Turn off Send on Preset Change on all of those buttons, that will do it.
