problem with my Mini Amp Gizmo

my amp gizmo works for a year very good.
Then it;s stopted after 60 minutes
Next week the same problem.
Now when I reconnecting the power and keep holding the 8 button nothing happens.
I have a new power suply and a custom cable
Do you no what is the problem.

Is a factory reset possible?
Maby I have done too much.
The write butten is green when I Put the adapter on.

To factory reset, hold the 1 and 4 buttons while powering up. Try this and see if it helps. Please let me know what happens!
 
No it doesn't respond to any button press at al.
the Write button is green and nothing happens at al.

I bought it by Frank from looperparadice.
I send it to him and He say that the Amp Gizmo was good working.
But here is nothing working.

Hmm... if nothing happens when the buttons are pressed, then it's definitely not working!

Just to confirm: when you press any of buttons 1 through 8, nothing happens - the light does not turn on, correct? And the write LED is lit?
 
Yes thats right.
Frank Told me maybe its a power Suply problem
Now I have a new one and stil not working.

Please contact Frank again and tell him that the buttons don't respond at all. I'll work with him to get a replacement for you.
