Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you to the admins for letting me in.
I am currently looking at a GT22 as my band is doing well and i want to give myself a gift for that :p (Or a good excuse to buy it ahaha)

I live in the Netherlands and was looking for some retailers and saw Loopers Paradise in Germany.
After reading the reviews i was kinda put off from buying it there but online you only read the negative reviews.

Is Loopers Paradise a solid business to order from or should i stay away from it.

Thank you very much for your time!

Regards,
Niek

I bought my GT22 from Loopers Paradise last year! Birthday present from myself lol. There was no major issues with them at all I received mine with no problems. The only issues I had was really the price and import tax to the UK it was rather a lot but worth it in the end. I really wish RJM had a distributor over here.

The only other issue I had was hardware related, one of the circuit boards needed to be changed due to a fault. Ron sorted that out for me in the end. When I did email Loopers Paradise to get some help with it I didn't received a reply.

I hope that helps

Paul

Thank you for your response, i am so hesitant due to the price and reviews. it is to much money to just throw away and receive a faulty product. but i am glad that it arrived all safe for you! So i might do it

No probs at all, if you get any issues just let the guys at RJM know they will definitely sort it all out for you. It is expensive I agree! One thing I did last week is I bought a Full English pedal direct from RJM with shipping to the UK and the import fees were pretty reasonable and delivery was really quick too as they use Fedex.

I'm not sure how much you'd pay buying from the guys at Loopers Paradise but it might be worth considering just buying straight from RJM.

Hey Paul,

Thank you again for your reply.
I have an update on the matter!

I've decided to pull the trigger and i did order from Loopers Paradise.
Frank was really helpful and when i ordered it, it was not in stock. So i called him twice for an update when they would arrive and 4 days ago it has arrived.
Shipping from Loopers was really fast, it was here the next day in the morning.
So overal really happy with the service and definitly gonna write a review about that, because you read all the shit ones and they are probally true but a good review can do alot for small businesses.

About the GT22, i keep getting surprised by how much it can do compared to my old switcher (Voodoolab Ground Control) and it is an amazing unit, really really really happy i bought it. Setting it up with the kemper was easy! But i decided to make it hard ahahaha. but so much easier than any other controller to change and program things.

Might consider making a video about it for my fellow kemper users as there is a lot of info about the AxeFx with it but almost nothing on the kemper.

Thanks again Paul for your help!

No worries at all, glad it all worked out. Good luck with it all! It's a fantastic midi controller and you won't regret it at all. I've had mine for just over a year now and yes it was a lot money wise but it was definitely worth it.
