Unable to install preset names from Ax FX (XL+)

I can't install preset names from Ax FX (XL+) and MasterMind LT is freezes....
What do you think cause that？

Do other Axe-Fx features work correctly with the Axe-Fx? For example, the tuner display?

In any case, the two main reasons are:
- The cables might not be connected correctly.
- You may have the wrong Axe-Fx model selected in the Devices tab. It has to be Axe-Fx II XL+

If the cause is a MIDI cable, are there any types of MIDI cables that cannot be used?

In your case, you would need a 5-pin active MIDI cable. Some cables are labeled 3-pin active, where they have 5 pins, but only 3 of them are actually wired inside. These work fine in a standard MIDI configuration, but won't work for bidirectional MIDI communication between Axe-Fx and LT.

Also, I forgot to mention: Bidirectional MIDI needs to be turned on in the LT's MIDI settings.
