Here's version 1.1.3. This one is a fix to 1.1.2 that makes the "Ignore PC In" setting fully independent from the "Ignore CC In" setting.

This one fixes a bug in setlist editing, and adds two parameters to the Edit Devices/More Settings page: "Ignore PC In" and "Ignore CC In". Currently, they only have an effect on the Axe-Fx.
"Ignore PC In" tells the GT to ignore any program changes coming from the Axe-Fx. You want to use this if you don't want to have 1 to 1 program mapping from the GT to the Axe, where preset 1 on the GT calls up program 1 on the Axe, preset 2 calls up program 2 on the Axe, etc.
"Ignore CC In" tells the GT to ignore the IA status reports coming in from the Axe-Fx. This can be used if you want the GT to act like a "normal" MIDI controller and not update the IA buttons based on the state stored in the Axe presets.
