Fuzz not reacting as If first in chain

I have a hold function to turn on the tuner while maintaining signal. For that to work I had to assign an action to turn on buffer 1 and that works so that does prove that the relay is working right?

It tells us that the buffer is on and working. It doesn't tell us if the buffer ever turns off.

I dove into the code and found a bug, it looks like fuzz mode wasn't working at all in the PBC/10. I'm surprised that no one else noticed this. I'll get this fixed in 5.2.0.
