2 amps-2 effects loop- 1 effect pedal

I have a RG-16 v2 and maybe getting a Mini effects gizmo.

Can I run 2 amps /effects loop, 1 amp at a time with 1 reverb pedal for both amps?

The attached diagram shows how I like to do this. This configuration gives you a stereo signal at all times and allows you to select between the two amps' preamps.
