Analog Tap Tempo

So I have a Panther Cub's Tap Input linked to Fn Switch 3 of the PBC and I can see the correct tempo being tapped into the Panther Cub when I switch to a new tempo, but for some reason, it always defaults to the longest delay time the Panther Cub has immediately after all the taps.

Fn Switch 3 is set to Momentary, 100 ms momentary time and the Auto Tap is set to 4 taps and to Macro 0 which is as follows:
Audio / FnSwitch #3 off:OFF, on:ON

Oh, and I'm on Firmware 3.1.2.

Am I missing something?

Not sure what that would be, your settings look good assuming that the pedal takes a momentary, normally open tap input. I checked the Panther Cub manual and it doesn't really give any information on what its tap tempo requirements are. I recommend checking with JHS to see if you can get more information on the pedal's tap input.

Yeah, I thought it was odd too. I tried normally closed and it defaulted to a VERY fast tempo, tried changing the amount of taps and how long the momentary is, neither had any positive effect. I'll check with JHS.
