Is there a way to automate knob movement on a midi controlled pedal using the PBC 6x? I assume, if possible, you would need to automate a sweep through the CC range of the desired effect. After looking through the editor, it is not totally apparent how to achieve that. Maybe its not possible.
for example:
If I want have a automated filter sweep on a microcosm I would likely want to sweep the range using CC#8 (filter) and sweep 0-127 or the desired filter range. it is possible to have a continuous message that goes through that 0-127 range without having to tap a button over and over to adjust through the range. does a IA cycle seems cumbersome and with only 4 in an IA cycle, I would imagine would make a jagged sounding sweep.
Would Macros be the avenue for this? The only issues that are vague to me are the repetition of the sweep and the timing of the sweep.
Maybe the move is to use an expression pedal, but if I could avoid that, it would be ideal for my use case.
