axe fx 3 looper & GT16 button color/light-midi Loop?

when i press the button which is programmed as "record" for axe fx looper, switsches from dark red to red, and if i press ones again, it reverses back to dark red, all great as intended but the play button next to it for a blink of eye (maybe even less) switches from dark green to green also. This happens after i press the record button 2nd time to stop recording.

Is this expected behavior? It doesn't really bug me, but just made me question if i caused somewhere a midi loop between Softstep, Axe FX 3, GT16 and the computer or not.
 
Mostly, those buttons are under control of the Axe-Fx, and they only do what the Axe-Fx tells them to do. I can't rule out that it's a setting issue, but it's probably the Axe-Fx telling the button to turn on for a split second.
