Boss MD-500 issue

I just got my PBC i have the strymon timeline and big sky but my MD500 just does not change any patch i already update the firmware 4.0.3 and the editor too but still the same won't change patches is there something i need to do Md500 is set to channel 4 and pcb is sendi PC to that same channel.
 
The next thing to check is your MIDI cable, and remove any other MIDI devices between MD500 and PBC, see if you can get it to respond.

Do the Strymon pedals respond to the PBC?
