hi ron,
just a quick question about the tuner out on the RG-16.
i know, that it could be used as a splitter, while the tuner out delivers the same signal as the buffer out.
does this mean, that the tuner out also has a buffered signal? or is the split done before the signal hits the buffer circuit?
if it is buffered, do i need to use the buffer out or could i use the tuner out instead?
why i´m asking this is, because i run the buffer in front of loop 7 and 8, a) so i could reduce cable chaos in my rack or b) do a complete different wiring
at the moment i use a simple y-cable (1x mono to 2x mono jacks) to send the signal from the buffer out to input 7 and input 8, if the tuner out is buffered as well, i could use the buffer out to feed input 7 and tuner out to feed input 8 for example....or do totally different crazy things in the near future...
thanks
joe
