Bug: Max Button Page <16 -> local page is not displayed when selected

When choosing anything else than 16 for Max Button Page, when navigating to another page, using Page Menu and then navigating to Local Page using Page Menu doesn't display the Local Page.
 
So on this subject, is there a function to make a button with the IA command "System > Page > Local Page" for when you want a button to take you back to the local page?

Seems like the only things on the that list are Pages 1-16. No option to make a button navigate to the Local Page as far as I have found.
 
The local page takes the place of page 16 when a preset has a local page - if a preset doesn't have a local page, then global page 16 is available.
