Can I program a preset to light other LEDs?

Basically what I want to do is tell Preset 1 when active to light the LED over the preset 2 button, preset 2 to light the button over 3, and 3 to light 1. This would be like a guide for me to tell me which preset is "on deck" since I don't always structure my presets in a linear way to follow the song, and this would change per song. Is this possible?
 
You can have one button control another, but that wouldn't be great for your application because it's fully activating the button, triggering everything the button does. Currently, there isn't a way to just control an LED, although it's a good idea.
