Can I program my PBC to have both a tap tempo and a universal?

Im really new to this so...I know that the function button is pre programed as a universal patch, and can be configured as a tap tempo. I would like both (it is America after all). I would like to keep a universal preset, and program another button to be a universal tap tempo. Is this possible.
 
I take a stab at this.

For Tap Tempo:
(1) In the Editor:MIDI tab set MIDI Clock to Master.
(2) In the Buttons tab double-click on the button you want, and:
- Button Mode: Normal,
- Button Type: IA,
- Check the Flash w/Tempo checkbox,
- Check the Send on Preset Change checkbox,
- Check the Update State on Preset Change checkbox,
- Check the Momentary checkbox.
Everything else unchecked and no actions.

For Global Preset:
(1) In the Buttons tab double-click on the button you want, and:
- Button Mode: Normal,
- Button Type: IA,
- Check the IA Link checkbox,
- Check the Send on Preset Change checkbox,
- Check the Update State on Preset Change checkbox.
Everything else unchecked.
(2) In same window add an Action:
- Action Type: System,
- Subtype: Preset,
- Preset Number: Global.
