Dunlop Echoplex stereo connection

Quick question--I want to hook up my Dunlop EP-103 Echoplex pedal in stereo in loop 7 of the PBC. Would this be best done using a TRS cable in both the pedal's input and output?

You need insert cables... (TRS to dual mono)... 1 for the L7 Send and one for the L7 Return.

The Echoplex only has one input and one output, so insert cables won't work...

I might be missing something--I've studied that document, but am missing what to do with a pedal that accepts a TRS cable (in and out) to send a stereo signal...

If the pedal has TRS in and TRS out, then just use standard TRS cables. Sorry about the misunderstanding, I've never seen a pedal with TRS in & out before.
