explain Dry Mix

It's hard to say. It could be your wiring, your configuration (in the editor) or there could be something wrong in your PBC. If you unplug everything from the PBC except guitar and amp, do you get signal going through it?
 
Are the "A" and "B" icons on the display showing that the outputs are turned on?

And, all the loops are off, but do you have anything plugged into any of the insert points? Those can't be turned off.

nothing but guitar and amp plugged in, nothing in inserts, no loops engaged, dry signal off, amp1 and 2 output show on, no sound
 
Your PBC may need repair, then. When and where did you buy it, and where are you located?
 
Trying to find the email from perchase but, I no longer have that. WHere can I see the serial number ?
